Here is what we are doing to keep our in person event as safe as possible for everyone:

• We will follow the most up to date CDC and state COVID safety guidelines pertaining to outdoor events.

• All staff, coaches, volunteers and race personnel have been fully vaccinated.

• We will provide hand sanitizer stations, will wipe down frequently used surfaces and the staff and volunteers will wear gloves.

• We encourage all participants to bring their own fluids to hydrate prior to, during and after the event.

• We will have one touch free water station on the race route.

• We will provide pre-wrapped post-race refreshments.

• Participants are encouraged to register in advance and pick up their race items during the designated days and times prior to race day to limit gathering and contact at the check-in tables.

• Participants who are not feeling well or who are not fully vaccinated are encouraged to participate virtually.

• We will have paramedic staffed first aid stations located in the stadium.

We reserve the right to change the event from in-person to virtual if there is a rise in COVID-19 cases

Please check back periodically for updates as the safety protocols may change
